Postage Within Australia

We offer two options for purchases to be delivered within Australia and either may be chosen at the time of checkout.

Option 1 - Parcel Post satchel

This method is the fastest and most economical based on the weight for the satchel. The price is the same regardless of the destination within Australia.

The delivery time of Parcel Post satchels is from 2 to 5 working days depending on destination. On average for baby clothes, the smaller satchel will contain 1 - 3 items, and the larger satchel 3-5 items.

Option 2 - Express Post

Express Post allows us to track your parcel as each Express Post satchel carries a bar code which can be tracked so if for some reason beyond our control, it happens to go astray, we can find it for you.

We provide competitive shipping rates, with a Flat Rate Australia Wide Delivery of $10.50 with Express Post.

Express Post parcels should be received by the next business day, provided your address is within the Express Post next day delivery network.

In the instance when an order is unusually large and bulky we may contact you to inform you of an extra shipping fee

Loss or damage in transit

Although Australia Post is a reliable mailing service, mishaps do sometimes occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care.  Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly by email or phone so we can follow-up the issue.

International  Postage

We’d be delighted to post our items overseas for you.  Using Australia Post Air Mail, the estimated time of delivery is within seven business days. This is a guide only. Below are our charges, but in the instance when an order is unusually large and bulky we may contact you to inform you of an extra shipping fee.

Airmail to New Zealand
Postage to New Zealand is available at a flat-rate of AUD$12.50

Airmail to Asia/Pacific
Postage to the Asia/Pacific region is available at a flat-rate of AUD$15.50

Airmail to USA/Canada/Middle East
Postage to the USA, Canada and the Middle East is available at a flat-rate of AUD$18.50

Airmail to the rest of the world (UK, Europe etc)
Postage to the UK/Europe region is available at a flat-rate of $22.00.
